It is their job to determine the underlying problems within each department and suggest possible solutions so that the organization will be able to reach its goals without much difficulty while sticking to the company’s policies and work ethics.

Although many activities related to business systems analysis involves computers and systems, it is important to take note that determining the right system and the correct configuration of computers that best suit a particular organization so that it can efficiently perform the required tasks is the true challenge in the profession.
