Don’t just make a generic business card for all employees. You can customize details within the business card design; so do go through the extra mile for this. Your business colleagues will thank you later.
Tip #3: Make sure that the business card has the complete and latest contact information
The business card is a treasure trove of contact information. So do ensure that the card contains correct and updated information. First, include the employees publicly recognized name instead of his complete given name. Then include the following contact information: office address, office telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, email address and website / blog.
Tip #4: Be mindful of business card etiquette for Japanese businessmen

The Japanese have a special way of handling business card exchange. So keep in mind the following when dealing with the Japanese:

  • Hand your business card with print facing forward and toward the Japanese person.
  • Slightly bow when handing over the card with both hands. Then receive his / her card with both hands.
  • Finally, read aloud his / her name, title and other information as a sign of keen interest.
